Roland H. Bean, Broker: Being a graduate of SUNY Morrisville, I have a strong background in agricultural business in central New York. I earned my license as a Real Estate Sales Person in 2002, then my Broker's License in 2003. During this time additional training has included courses in Creative Financing, and three GRI courses including; Financing to Increase Home Ownership, Effective Real Estate Practices and Real Estate as an Investment. I have been active in our local community as a member of Moravia School Board of Education, Moravia Town Planning Board and Christ United Methodist Church.

Judy Bean, Licensed Real Estate Sales Person: Becoming involved with real estate was a natural progression for me. I was a part of our family owned dairy farm, milking, feeding calves and many other daily activities while raising our three children. As our children grew I worked outside the home as a Medical Receptionist for many years. My husband, Roland, became a Real Estate Sales Person in 2002, after selling our dairy. In June 2007 I went to school at the Professional Career Center, Inc. in Syracuse and earned my license as a Real Estate Person. It was both interesting and challenging. I find it very satisfying to help people find a home of their dreams or sell and move to another home in this area or relocate with their new job.
